Step Out Ireland arranges social interaction groups where you can meet other people suffering from social anxiety, build up your levels of social confidence and feel a sense of belonging. Our Positive Steps Groups enable you to make friends with others in similar situations, make meaningful connections and leave the feeling of social isolation behind.







Join the Step Out Group nearest to you and meet other people struggling with social anxiety. A group is a friendly and welcoming environment which is formatted into smaller groups of 4-5 people so you are not overwhelmed. If you are interested to become a member of Step Out Ireland, you can sign up here.
