Helping you to step out of your shadow
"Our mission is to support and empower adults living in Ireland with social anxiety disorder. This is achieved through our peer to peer support groups and recovery programs which enable people to remove themselves from isolation, be supported by others with the condition and proactively manage their social anxiety into the future"
“Before attending the Positive Steps Groups I thought I was alone and was losing hope. Now I have a support network that understands what I go through”
— Paul, Step Out Ireland Service User
